Who we are
This notice explains how DocQex, operated by Probens Corp, handles personal data collected through this website. Data processed inside a customer’s DocQex workspace is governed by that customer’s agreement with us, under which the customer is the controller and DocQex acts as processor.
What we collect on this website
Details you choose to send us — such as your name, work email, company, job title, and message — when you request a demo or contact us.
Basic technical information needed to deliver the site securely, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, retained in server logs for a limited period.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations, and prepare proposals; to operate and secure the website; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Customer workspace data
Each customer workspace is a separate tenant. Tenant data and configuration are never shared between customers, and tenant data is not used to train shared AI models without explicit contractual opt-in.
Retention, export, correction, legal hold, and verified deletion within a workspace are controlled by the customer and described in their agreement.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact privacy@docqex.com.
